Dr Neil Flanagan and Jarvis Finger have developed an enviable reputation over several decades for their contribution to management and managing. They’re recognized leaders in their field. What differentiates their work from the rest is the way that it is presented—straightforward, easy to understand and use, and free from management speak and gobbledygook. Thanks to Neil and Jarvis, management know-how is available to everyone, whether they’re climbing the corporate ladder, or they’ve made it to the top, or they’re managing their own business.
Neil and Jarvis’s international bestselling books Management in a Minute, Just about Everything a Manager Needs to Know, and The Management Bible, together with their online resources The Online Manager and management2go.com cater specifically for managers on the move – those on their way up, or those seeking how-to in a hurry.
Dr Neil Flanagan
Dr Neil Flanagan is able to produce the high-quality of management-related materials from the knowledge gained from working with people in that field. He works as a management strategist with Boards, and serves as a director on some of those Boards, too. He designs and facilitates events involving frontline and executive management, and provides keynote, conference, and motivational presentations to people on the move. Those combined experiences have enabled Neil to develop a clear understanding of managers’ needs and the way that busy managers want information presented.
He is available to speak at your next event.
Neil went through a stage of killing himself by degrees (he has four university degrees). He has been married to Jennifer for 36 years, has three adult children and a steadily increasing number of grandchildren, and loves the 3Rs—Reading, Rugby, and Red wine.
